IF&B took part in GastroCanarias, bringing its vision of Italian cuisine to Tenerife through premium products, live cooking demonstrations and a genuine passion for authentic flavours.

The stand welcomed chefs and foodservice professionals with a programme of tastings and live showcooking, showcasing the excellence of IF&B's private labels alongside the premium specialties of The House of Fine Foods. The exhibition provided a valuable opportunity to connect with industry professionals, share expertise and reaffirm IF&B's commitment to promoting authentic Italian taste and creating new business opportunities.

The exhibition also hosted the 7th Pizza Championship. The archipelago's best pizzaiolos competed using Le 5 Stagioni professional flours and La Verace premium ingredients, celebrating technique, creativity and authentic Italian tradition.
