La Verace Masterclass

Technique, education and knowledge sharing were at the heart of the masterclass dedicated to the La Verace – Vero Gusto Italiano brand, held on 10 March at IF&B Academy Tenerife.

The event brought together foodservice professionals to explore the potential of La Verace premium flours and ingredients through hands-on sessions, technical discussions and fresh inspiration for contemporary pizza. The masterclass further strengthened the Academy's role as a hub for professional training and the promotion of authentic Italian culinary culture.
