IF&B China

IF&B China was established in 2016 through the strategic acquisition of distribution companies in Shanghai, Zhongshan, and later Beijing. The subsidiary has rapidly grown to become one of the leading importers and distributors in the country, serving hotels, restaurants, and catering companies with a wide range of imported and locally sourced products.

The project is the result of a strategic merger between several companies – including Cascino Group, Miele, and Royi’s (wine division) – brought together under the leadership of the Cremonini Group, which combined the best expertise to deliver a broader portfolio, greater efficiency, and superior service quality.

Today, IF&B China is recognized as a key player in the food & beverage sector, with distribution centers in Shanghai, Beijing, Dongguan, and Chengdu, ensuring daily deliveries across all major cities in mainland China.
