Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 relating to the protection of data of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, as well as the free circulation of such data (hereinafter "GDPR"), we inform you that the Data Controller of the data you have provided is IF&B S.r.l. INFORMATION PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE REG. EU 679/2016 (GDPR) AND LEGISLATIVE DECREE 101/2018
If you wish to:

 

1) send us a communication/request for commercial/marketing information on our products through the form that appears on the website:

to follow up on your requests, for instance with the spontaneous sending of messages that involve the subsequent acquisition of the sender's e-mail address or other data that you wish to communicate to us, you must, using the appropriate consent button, consent to the processing of data.
The data provided for the aforementioned purpose will be managed in paper and electronic format in order to be able to answer you.
The data will be processed by IF&B represented here by Designees (art. 2 quaterdecies Legislative Decree 101/2018) and by Data Processors (art. 28 GDPR) as any service providers, specifically appointed by the company, according to current regulations (and therefore also respecting the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of privacy and rights) and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated in this information.
For commercial and marketing information you can get in touch with the Marketing Office, represented by the Office Manager, who can be contacted through the same form that appears on the website.
Within the scope of the aforementioned purpose, the data may be communicated by IF&B to other companies of the Inalca Group or the Cremonini Group, of which IF&B is part.

 

2) receive periodic information updates on our events, fairs, product categories and services offered by the company (Newsletter):
it is mandatory for IF&B to acquire a specific, separate, expressed, documented, preventive and completely optional consent.
Where the interested party decides to give specific consent, they must be informed in advance and must be aware that the purposes of the processing pursued are of a specific informative, promotional and marketing nature in a broad sense.
In a perspective of absolute transparency, IF&B informs, therefore, of the consequences of providing consent to collect data, which are represented by the periodic sending of the IF&B Newsletter via e-mail to subjects, who have given informed consent, and by processing data for statistical and market purposes.
The data will be used to communicate new events, fairs, product categories and services offered by the company.
The explicit request occurs through the user filling the Contact Form on the Home Page of the website with which the subject can optionally actively confirm that they wish to subscribe to the IF&B Newsletter.
However, if the user wishes to download a catalog or brochure from the IF&B website, the system will automatically ask them whether they are an already registered user or a new user.
If you are not already registered, you will need to fill in the required fields and accept the terms and conditions relating to the processing of privacy and, separately, to provide consent to receive the Newsletter.
Refusal to provide data will make it impossible to obtain the Newsletter service.The Newsletter service will process your email for the sole purpose of sending updates for a maximum of 3 years, at the end of which the service will be deleted, without prejudice to the fact that you will remain free, at any time, to withdraw consent to the Newsletter by writing an email to ifb_info@inalcafb.com. The Responsible Office will promptly remove your e-mail address from the list of registered users. Following receipt of this request, IF&B will promptly remove and delete the data from the databases used to send the Newsletter.
To receive periodic information updates on our events, the Marketing Office, represented by the Office Manager, has been designated. It can be contacted through the same form that appears on the website.
Specific measures are observed to maintain adequate security, including protection through adequate technical and organizational measures to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The data referred to in point 1) will be stored at the IF&B headquarters and by the appointed Designees and/or Data Processors, for the time necessary to provide the requested service for a period of 24 months, and subsequently deleted.
IF&B will only carry out the operations on the data necessary to pursue the purposes indicated in this information.
You will have the right, free of charge and at any time, to exercise the rights provided by current legislation, by sending a specific request with the same form found on the website, including the right to:

 

• Update/integrate, modify and/or correct and/or delete (partially or totally) your personal data or limit its processing.
• Receive confirmation of the existence, origin and purpose of the processing of your personal data.
• Revoke consent at any time to the processing of your data, without however compromising the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
• Object in whole or in part to any illegitimate data processing.
• Propose a complaint to a Competent Privacy Authority email: protocollo@gpdp.it
• Receive a copy of the data provided by you and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller.
• Request the list of Managers pursuant to art. 28 GDPR
